Events are listed free of charge for Downtown LA businesses, galleries, venues and community organisations. Our calendar is read by thousands of DTLA residents, workers and visitors each week. To submit your event for consideration, email the details — including event name, date, time, location and a brief description — to the editorial team at Downtown Weekly LA.
Events with a strong arts and culture focus are given priority listing. Gallery Row art walks, independent music showcases, neighbourhood festivals and community benefit events are always welcome. Commercial events and product launches are accepted at editorial discretion.

Submission guidelines: Event name — Date and time — Venue name and address — Ticket price or free entry — Contact name and email — Brief description (50–100 words). Submissions received by Wednesday noon are considered for the following week's listing.
